I have a 512MB card and have all of the western United States topo and street maps on there. This has it and it works great. This unit does this and with the cost of transflash/microSD coming down so much, you can carry just about as many maps as you like.
I would suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if the issue persist.
Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:
Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.
Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.
Select “Compatibility” Tab. Windows server 2008 iso image. Samsung np300e5a drivers.
Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
